These terms cover the basics of using earlspade.com and buying something from us. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — that information is handled entirely by Stripe's payment systems. By checking out, you also agree to Stripe's terms as they apply to processing your payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, you'll be notified and refunded in full.
Prices are listed in US dollars and don't include shipping or any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We try to keep pricing accurate, but mistakes happen — if we catch a pricing error before your order ships, we'll reach out before charging or fulfilling it.

All sales are final. We don't offer returns or exchanges at this time. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy, including what to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Items shown as sold out are not available for purchase. We don't guarantee restocks, and drops are limited — once a piece sells out, it may not return.
You agree to use earlspade.com only for lawful purposes. You won't attempt to interfere with the site's security, scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or impersonate someone else when placing an order.
All text, photography, graphics, and designs on this site are the property of earlspade unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
earlspade is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
