Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We don't yet support international orders, but that may change as we grow — check back if you're outside the US.

Processing & delivery

Orders are typically processed within a few business days of purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information sent to the email you used at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. Because our drops are limited and run in small batches, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please make sure you've reviewed sizing, color, and details before completing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

That said — if your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@earlspade.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort it out on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or it's been missing in transit for an unusual amount of time, let us know and we'll help track it down with the carrier.

Order issues

If something's wrong with your order — wrong item, missing piece, sizing mix-up on our end — reach out and we'll make it right.
