This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit earlspade or place an order. We've kept it short because, honestly, there isn't much to tell — we don't run our own customer database, marketing trackers, or analytics on this site.
Nothing. earlspade does not operate a server-side database, does not use analytics or tracking scripts, and does not collect, store, or sell any personal information through this website itself.
When you place an order, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes the information needed to complete your purchase, which may include:
That information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We receive order confirmations and the details needed to fulfill and ship your order, but we don't maintain a separate marketing list or sell that information to anyone.
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Stripe's checkout page may use its own cookies as part of fraud prevention and payment processing — that's covered under their privacy policy linked above.
We use the order details Stripe provides us only to fulfill your order — packing and shipping what you bought, and reaching out if there's a problem with it. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't share it with anyone outside of what's required to ship your order (e.g. a shipping carrier).
Since we don't hold a separate database of your information, most requests about your personal data (access, correction, deletion) are best directed to Stripe directly, since they're the ones actually storing it. If you have a question about an order itself, reach out to us and we're happy to help.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
